B&C Services is a wholly-owned LLC of Secondary Resources, Inc. which is also the parent company of American Compressed Steel, Inc. Kansas City, American Compressed Steel Sedalia Inc., Missouri Iron & Metal, Inc., and TransMetal Transport, LLC.

1)   Chevron Inc:  Galena, Ks - June 2000 to August 2001
Demolition of complete plant;  21 buildings from 1 to 10 stories including powerplant
and various other above ground tanks.                   

2)    Global Steel Technologies: Kansas City, Mo - November 2001 to December 2001
       Demolition of 19 gondola railroad cars.

3) * General Motors: Fairfax, Kansas Plant - February 2002 to May 2002
       Demolition of three 1000 ton presses with various attachments.

4)  * American Airlines: Kansas City, Mo - August 2002 to December 2002
      Demolition of maintenance docks, old equipment, and plating tanks.

5)   Bonner Springs Ready Mix:  Bonner Springs, KS - February 2003 to June 2003
      Demolition of various structures and equipment.

6) Exxon Mobil:  Olathe, KS - July 2003 to August 2003
      Demolition of 12 Fuel storage tanks. 

7)  * Cargill Incorporated:  Atchison, KS- February 2004 to June 2004
      Demolition of two 1,000,000 bushel storage hoppers.

8)  * Kerry Foods: Olathe, KS- September 2004 to October 2004
      Demolition and removal of two industrial ovens and all associated components.          
     
9)  * General Motors: Fairfax, Kansas Plant- November 2004 to February 2005
      Demolition and removal of 2500 tons of various racking assemblies

10) * Midwest Terminal Company: Kansas City, Mo- March 2005 to April 2005
       Demolition and removal of interior mezzanine, roofing HVAC and ductwork.

11)  E.A. Ellis Construction Company: Glascow, Mo- April 2005 to August 2005
       Demolition and removal of 5, super barges and 2, 50 ton cranes.    

12)  John Massman Construction: Kansas City, Ks- October 2005 to December 2005
       Demolition and removal of 2, super barges.

13)  KC Southern Railway Company: Sallisaw, Ok- February 2006 to April 2006
       Demolition and removal of damaged railcars from major derailment.  

14) * BNSF Railway Company: Topeka, Ks- May 2006 to present
       Demolition and removal of 5, S70 locomotives 2, tankers and associated scrap.

15) * International Paper Company: Gardiner, Or- December 2006 to present
       Transportation, logistics, management of 15,000 ton demolition project.
